Having trouble logging in or getting access?
Occasionally the system says the course is closed and you do not have access. If this happens try pressing F5 on your keyboard (or shift and F5).
This should resolve the problem, if not you will need to log out and clear the browser cache (you may need help from an adult with this):
in Chrome go to settings>clear browser data>,
in Microsoft Edge>History>Clear History
That should clear up any issues. Log back in again and see if you have access to the course. Remember we are here to help you just email firstname.lastname@example.org
